Very disappointed about the hotel
Have really hard time seeing this hotel as a 4.5 star. Very disappointed about the hotel, I will not stay there again for sure.
My issues was: No hot water in the shower or in the tap. Told the staff about this 3 times. Nothing happends. I had to boil hot water in the tea boiler to be able to take a bath.
First day I did not get any breakfast as this was suppose to be a bag hanged on the door handle due to Corona quarantine. Had to call staff and say I don't got any breakfast even the clock was around 11-12AM. Then I receive the food after 40 minutes. First day of arrival I wanted to order food service to my room but nearly all food was out of stock due to Valentine day they said when I asked how's it possible.. Food and drinks from room service is very very expensive even though its in Jakarta. They forget to provide me with the daily included 2 water bottles two of the days I spent there. They forgot to provide hand soap got it the last day before checking out. There were alot of ants at the desk in the room, really not nice. Also the TV is suppose to be a 40 inch from the room information from hotels.com but it is not, it is 32 inch TV. It's also stated that the room is daily cleaned. My room was not cleaned two days in a row even though I had the "Clean my room" sign on. It started to smell from the empty food boxes I've ordered after two days so I had to call staff and tell them about this. They arrive 1 hour later and start cleaning. Bed sheets was worn due to holes...
