âThe rooms were not clean. The bathroom was stinking. We asked multiple times to clean bathroom before reception sent someone to clean it. The bedsheets were not sanitized and the overall condition of the room wasn't great. I will not recommend them to anyone.â
âI had a four night stay at the Hotel Ketan and I would definitely choose to stay there again. The hotel is centrally located in a busy part of town. The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request. â
âThe standard of the hotel is okay and the staff is very helpfull. The foos in the restaurant is good when you get used to the special service and the scented smell they use to clean the room.
The internet connection was unfortionetly very bad and one of the reasons we choose this hotel was because they had Wifi, but it took more energy to try and make it work than to use it.
