“I checked into the hotel at 4:15 pm and my room was not ready. I never received a message that my room was ready. I went back to reception at 5:20pm and there was the longest line and I asked one of the employees if I needed to wait on that huge line to get my key, and she answered YES! I’m pretty sure that girl up there that works at the front desk. Just don’t like me for some reason and I don’t like that I’m a pretty likable person so it’s gonna drive me nuts until I figure it out just know that chick at the front desk.”

“The bed was fine. It was ok. But the main reason for staying there is that that when I toggled the Expedia website, my only request was for an early pickup to the Airport. Upon arriving, they said they couldn’t do it, even though there was a shuttle parked up front. But they said they could get a taxi in the morning no problem. Morning came. The guy couldn’t do it. “We had a cockroach in our room. The staff was not helpful when we brought them the roach. We were not offered a new room or a refunded for that night. Reached out the property manager and got no response. We also requested cleaning services two days in a row and never received service.”
