“While the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were really nice and accommodating. And the handicapped rooms were spacious and clean, there were definitely other conditions that made our stay very uncomfortable. The room we had, we could hear the music from the lobby. The hotel lost hot water for two days and nothing was said to guests. Just let us figure it out. Not even an attempt to compensate somehow. The sliding door for the bathroom is on the heavy side and tended to roll back open...

“I checked into the hotel at 4:15 pm and my room was not ready. I never received a message that my room was ready. I went back to reception at 5:20pm and there was the longest line and I asked one of the employees if I needed to wait on that huge line to get my key, and she answered YES! “The property is good in general, however, the response time for any request to provide service or support takes longer than expected. An incident of a barking dog in one of the rooms with no response from front desk, specially when the poor dog seemed to be alone for extended hours. Front Desk did not respond for our request to help with this because they don’t have security. Most housekeepers are non-English speakers unless you know Spanish language.”

“Pro: Conveniently located with easy free access and lots of good placed to eat within 5min. FREE parking although really really tight to get in and out. Con: Rooms smells really bad. Not just the cleaning agents but a terrible smell that cannot be rid despite keeping the door open. Room appeared clean but was not.
