“When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.”

“This property was advertised as a BEAUTIFUL COTTAGE , DEN BEDROOM, ONE BATH. BEAUTIFUL DECK WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS. on the Day we were to arrive i received a text that there was no deck it had to be repaired because of leak. That we will receive 75.00 refund. on the way there we received another text that the key was in the mailbox once you open the door go.up the stairs to your room. upon entry a door opened and the owner asked if we needed help!
