“The house was well appointed and in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay but did notice that the house was not cleaned thoroughly before our visit. There was rubbish under beds downstairs and behind the downstairs fridge as well as under the upstairs lounge on our arrival. There was also dog poo in the middle of the back yard (we did not take any pets) that was also there when we got there.”

“The stay was a wonderful break and the location superb, fab access direct to warrain beach and a few hundred metres walk to Culburra beach. Lots of kitchen supplies over and above what is usual - olive oils, lots of coffee capsules, glad bake, condiments etc.... the cleaning was below par , very dusty fireplace, cobwebs, skirting, kitchen splashback smears etc that for the price, would not have expected. Maybe just a nudge to the cleaners is all that is needed. There was a security camera...

It was a clean, open and well styled house, with 5 bedrooms, a large dining table to seat all of us and a lounge area that opened out to an outdoor/ undercover area, which was great for entertaining. The spa was clean & a great temperature.This is a great place for a family-friendly stay.Very pet friendly as well. Nice backyard to run & play.”
