“It was a nice clean hotel love how warm the pool was. No hot tub but at least the pool wasn’t cold.”

Tried to use the pool, it was broken and freezing and the slide was barricaded off because “there aren’t enough people to use it so we don’t”. “The staff were very friendly and helpful, and greeted me cheerily each time I passed the front desk. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was within a 7-minute drive to the main shopping areas and several restaurants, and close to Highway 401 but far enough from the heavy traffic that it wasn't noisy.”

“I was really impressed with the Front desk staff, going above and beyond when I had an issue,. One concern, and it was specific to us, I hope. There was a cleaning gentleman who spent an odd amount of time staring at my friend's daughter in her bikini and pointing his camera at her. He repeatedly cleaned the same section of railing for almost 25 minutes. I commented to the front desk, and they said it would be investigated.”

“Pro’s - The room we stayed in was clean and bug free. There was lots of parking. The property backed on to the water. The staff (we only saw 2 workers) were moderately friendly. Con’s - property and rooms were very dated and not well maintained. A few things were broken (TV remote and juice machine). “My main issue with this hotel was the poor sound insulation. The walls and doors let a lot of noise through, especially loud door slamming during the evening and night. I woke up several times because of the noise, which made my stay uncomfortable. I find this level of noise disturbance unacceptable for a hotel stay. Another issue was the flooring in the room. The floor was extremely cold, there were no carpets, and the hotel did not provide slippers or sandals. Most guests do not automatically...
