“Everything went nicely ”

“The Oliver Hotel is a great boutique place located right off Market Square in downtown Knoxville. Lots of great restaurants to choose from, including their own. Within a mile of lots of sights. And the staff were very helpful when one of our bags were delivered close to checkout time, they gave us some more time. Parking is tricky, but they have valet service.”

“Our stay at this facility was outstanding! The employees were the best in a day it's hard to find good help. These people, every one of them, focused on us from a simple Hi to helping with any questions or needs we had. Our room was updated and very clean. I can't say anything bad. Thank you for everything!”

“Room clean. Lots of construction noise Did not use valet due to it being $45 a day. Parked in free lot across the street. Room spacious. Bed comfortable”

“Good stuff: - Good location, walking distance to Market square and Gay street. - Best part was the breakfast at the restaurant they partner with that is very good. Problematic: There were workmen at our window at the crack of dawn...which woke us up one morning and startled us the other. Shower heads and working was also funky. The manager was very responsive to these reports, which was very nice, but probably won't stay there again. - Good to Know: Dry Cleaning services got delayed...

“A simply magical respite from the ordinary.”

“Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. ”

“Very clean and helpful staff. Sue was amazing at the desk. Pool table and soundproof seats make it extra fun.”

“My room was quite nice, and quiet. Any issues I had (only one) was addressed immediately. Staff is attentive and friendly. Convenient to I-75, food and gas stations. I make this particular trip every three months. I will stay here again.”
