Front desk was slow during check-in, automatically stated that parking would be charge per night (parking fee was not mention when I made reservations, please ensure this is added), however failed to provide breakfast vouchers. “The stay was wonderful and the breakfast was a hit with the kids. The staff (front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with their knowledge of the area. The only thing that could have been improved on was the hot tub had way too much chlorine and it made our eyes burn so bad we couldn’t stay to enjoy. Overall, wonderful stay.”

“Overall experience was positive. We stayed 4 days. The breakfast was good. We liked the outdoor pool and the facility was clean. Only minor complaint was the housekeeping staff. We never had conditioner in our bathroom. And on some days, not all of the items were refilled. I had a makeup wipe on the first day but never again. And on the last day we didn’t have a bath mat towel and they didn’t refill the bag in the ice bucket. I never said anything to the management so that’s on me. I did...

“The staff was very helpful. My only real complaint is the handle to turn on the shower was so stiff it took two hands just to turn it on. Maintenance looked at it but would have to remove it completely to rebuild it or replace it. There were no other rooms available in which to be relocated because all rooms were full.”
