“What a comfortable and delightful time we had at Zanoni! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, nicely appointed kitchen, and all on a wonderfully wooded lot. We would love to visit again. ”

“We loved everything about the property. The rental was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was beautiful. It was perfectly located close to all area attractions. The only recommendation would be a rug or floor mat inside the front door in order to keep the floor clean from wet shoes on rainy days. We will definitely stay here again! ”

“Our family stumbled across this gem while looking for places to stay for a weekend near Williamsburg. The place was a dream to stay in, the hosts were wonderful and thought of so many details to make guests stay better (fresh eggs, Wi-Fi QR code, lighter and starter logs for the fire pit, all the cooking utensils, the list goes on), and the whole time we were in colonial Williamsburg our 6 yo wanted to go back to the little red barn. “Went to check-in. Didn't have my reservations. Waited 50 minutes before the error was rectified. Turned out main office at Kings Plantation never sent my reservation to the resort. The resort had to message someone due to the fact the main office only is open until 5:00. I had reserved a cottage. This was not a cottage it was more like a duplex. We could here the people next door. The stayed up late and got up early. So we had prolems sleeping. Pool was nice.”

“We’ve reserved the property months in advance and received a confirmation. When we went to check in to the property, the resort did not have a reservation. When I contacted the homeowner, I was told “yes, that is a problem. I’ve been meaning to talk to them about that.“ We ended up not being able to stay there and had to drive three hours home.”
