“We were here to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. The double apartment was perfect for 3 couples & 3 grandchildren (21, 17, and 14). It was clean inside and out, had most of the kitchen equipment we needed, and lots of amenities. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed a round of mini golf. Staff was helpful and polite. Thanks for helping us have a great celebration!”

“This three-story Federal-style home has a delightful view of the York River. The only thing I didn't give five stars to in my review was the property listing, because the photos simply don't do it justice. The rooms are generously spacious, with a deck on both the first and second floors. The entire third floor is one huge bedroom, with two double beds. The second floor has two bedrooms as well as laundry facilities, and EVERY bedroom has its own full bath! We were astonished at how big this...

“The James River cottage is a quiet and peacful escape. The view of the river is very beautiful and relaxing. The cottage is very clean and neat with a great deck over looking the river. Its very comfortable for the three of us, and the location is perfect for visiting Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown. We hope to return someday. ”

“We took a quick trip to enjoy Busch Gardens for a couple days and this was the perfect place to stay. Just a few short minutes from Busch Gardens and downtown Williamsburg. It was clean and spacious for the four of us. The owners added several extra touches and communication was stellar. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed here for spring break with our extended family. Everyone loved it! The views of the James River are wonderful. We saw a bald eagle fly over with a fish in its talons while we were sitting on the couch in the living room! Everyone had their own space but we could all hang out together in the common areas. The ferry is literally around the corner and getting over to Jamestown, Williamsburg, or Busch Gardens is easy peasy. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate most of our meals there....
