âNos alojamos en el Palacio de los Duques Gran MeliĂĄ y fue una experiencia muy agradable.
La atmĂłsfera del hotel es acogedora y elegante, con una hermosa combinaciĂłn de encanto histĂłrico y confort moderno. El personal fue muy amable y servicial desde el primer momento, y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos durante toda la estancia.
Tuvimos un problema con la habitaciĂłn y, al mencionarlo al personal, actuaron de manera rĂĄpida y profesional. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitaciĂłn sin ningĂșn inconveniente....

âArenal Suite is the most wonderful property Iâve stayed in on a city break like this. Absolutely amazing location, incredible communication from Christian (especially when our flight was cancelled and plan changed) - he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt at home. âLoved the area and the studio apartment we rented. It faced a lively street but the doors were very sound proof so we werenât bothered at all. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella we could use for free and the refrigerator with a small freeze compartment in the studio. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard and high so woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The only thing we missed was a body length mirror.

âThis appartment building lies perfect in an alley from Gran Via, near Plaza Callao. Walking distance to most of what you want to see. Very clean appartment, and perfect service by the staff even though I was delayed and arrived in the middle of the night. The only thing I didnât love was the alley at night, quite dark and a little scary. But otherwise the location is perfect!â

âIf you value good service after a long journey when checking in at a hostel, I would suggest considering an alternative hostel or hotel. (Specifically, I am referring to the night staff, which consists of a young woman and a young man.) That said, if service is not your primary concern, I would still recommend this place. It is compact but fulfills the necessary requirements and is conveniently located near a metro station.â

"The hotel has a great location. The service does not live up to the price-level. The lobby lounge was typically full of guests and walk-ins but had rarely more than one or max two people working. Unattentive to orders and other requests. The actual reception is a tiny room at the far end of the lounge. Only place for two receptionists can assists guests at any time resulting in crowded sea with quest queuing in the lounge.
The architect who designed this has not a clue on logistics. Terrible! The actual entrance on street levels is huge and totally empty except for a concierges desk hidden behind the staircase.
No place to work in the rooms and no place (proper) to sit down in common areas to do work.
We booked a room with a private terrace - don't take the extra cost as the these rooms are on the first floor facing buildings on the other side of the hotel. The rooms do not get any daylight (more or less) and there is absolutely no privacy. This fact is not advertised by the hotel."
