The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. A great place to stay!”

“The house was very clean and modern. Although, they did not provide some of the basics that we usually find in a vrbo. No shampoo, body wash or soap and no extra towels. There is a washer and dryer, but no laundry soap is provided. If you don’t have a car, walking to stores is a challenge due to location. Ride shares did not have trouble finding the Vrbo. Host was quick to respond to messages.”

“The place was clean and close to campus, which is what we were looking for. A 10 minute walk to the stadium was perfect for us when you get tired at the tailgate parties to rest up. Nicholson Lane is fairly noisy so make sure you have some earplugs for evening. The hosts were amazing and communicated with us every step of the way. As a runner, the levee and campus were perfect for 3-5 mile jaunts. We also went to New Orleans for the day followed by an airboat ride in the swamps. Well worth...

“I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but future guests should be aware of our experience. The property was poorly maintained. The exterior was dirty, and while the inside initially appeared clean, my children’s feet were black after only a few minutes of walking barefoot. We found bugs on the floors, spiderwebs with live spiders, and brown water coming from both the tap and refrigerator. There was no Wi-Fi or cable, and because the property is in a remote area, cell service was extremely...
