âVill man ha en hĂ€rlig och trevlig semester sĂ„ Ă€r detta ett underbart hotell. Trevlig personal och en underhĂ„llning som passar de flesta. Maten Ă€r bra men en aning för lite kryddad. HotellomrĂ„det Ă€r stort med en hĂ€rlig strand. Vi skulle mycket gĂ€rna kunna Ă„ka tillbaka dit ett annat Ă„r.â
âA good hotel for a weeks stay. The hotel is big and clean, with a big pool area. We had half pension included. The breakfast was good and the dinner was great. For this price, i can recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at Yasmine beach and not Hammamet center, take notice of this. Yasmine beach was less stressful then Hammamet and we liked it. The beach is nice and there is a lot of different beach clubs.â
âThe staff were excellent. The evening front desk at check-in were super nice and fast. The bartender Ahmad at the Beach-Bar is very respectful and makes nice fresh mojitos. âPerfect location. Easy check in. Reliable Wi-Fi in all areas of hotel. My room was comfortable, nicely decorated and cleaned everyday. The bathroom was clean and had hot water continuously. The daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to the Medina, beach, restaurants, cafes and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hammamet â

"Vi bodde pĂ„ detta hotell redan 2018 och dĂ„ var allt fantastiskt â bra service, frĂ€scha rum och god mat. TyvĂ€rr har standarden försĂ€mrats rejĂ€lt sedan dess.
NÀr vi kom till rummet denna gÄng möttes vi av en stark röklukt. Toalettstolen var trasig och det gick varken att spola eller tvÀtta hÀnderna, dÄ det inte kom nÄgot vatten ur kranen. Duschen fungerade inte alls. Hela badrummet var extremt slitet, och rummet i övrigt var ostÀdat och fullt av trasiga saker.
Servicen var under all kritik. Vi kontaktade receptionen för att fĂ„ hjĂ€lp, men fick vĂ€nta lĂ€nge â utan att nĂ„gon dök upp. Vi erbjöds inte ens ett nytt rum, trots att det inte gick att anvĂ€nda toalett eller dusch. Vi var tvungna att gĂ„ runt oduschade och kunde inte ens förbereda oss inför en fest vi skulle pĂ„.
Maten var smaklös, kall och oaptitlig â helt utan kryddor. Ăven i hotellets allmĂ€nna utrymmen mĂ€rktes den dĂ„liga standarden: t.ex. saknades bĂ„de tvĂ„l och pappershanddukar pĂ„ toaletterna i receptionen.
Personalen var otrevlig och visade ingen förstÄelse för situationen. Vi kÀnde oss illa behandlade, ifrÄgasatta och fick kÀmpa för att fÄ nÄgon form av kompensation.
Det hĂ€r hotellet hĂ„ller absolut inte femstjĂ€rnig standard â snarare enstjĂ€rnig. TyvĂ€rr blev vistelsen en stor besvikelse och jag kan inte rekommendera detta hotell till nĂ„gon.
