“Einfach tolles Hotel mit außergewöhnlichen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Flug nach Jakarta war deutlich verspätet, was kein Problem war. Der Shuttle-Fahrer hat gewartet und uns um 01:00 Uhr morgens abgeholt! Kommunikation über E-Mail und WhatsApp hat bestens funktioniert. Beim Check-In hat der nette Herr an der Rezeption alles versucht und uns ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür für die Kinder rausgesucht. Late-Checkout war auch im Preis mit drin! Das ist Top-Service! “Had a layover in jakarta so stayed the night here. Was good stay. Service was top! The bathroom didnt feel as good as the rest of the room.
Okay for a one night stay.”

“Stayed here from the 2nd of aug to 4 th of aug for business. the hotel is good, but need some upgrading, the shower area in the room is a bit dirty, breakfast is average, far away from anything - need a car to get around. The good points are the gym and the outside bararea by the swimming pool. Happy hour - please continue with this.”
