âThe property needs an upgrade for the price asking .. floor boards creak all over, no kettle, little cutlery, needs paint desperatly, door furniture bearly on the doors, floor halls smell and carpet was dirty.â
âThis one bedroom apartment was very clean, had onsite parking (that cost extra each night), was in close walking proximity to the Docklands and the restaurantâs were outstanding especially Butchers Prime. The property had its own washer and dryer which was excellent and we had a partial view of the water from the lounge and bedroom and the balcony.
I would highly recommend this property. We felt it was good value for money and will stay there again when in Melbourne next.â

"We had an excellent stay at Meriton Suites. We had an apartment on the 39th floor and the views were amazing. Super clean apartments and up to date furniture and amenities. We stayed for a total of 7 nights, during which they cleaned the apartment twice. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Nice coffee shop at the entrance of building! "
