“Vi bodde på Glen Hotel en natt på vår väg till Edinburgh. Ett mycket trevligt hotell med stora rena rum. Ägarna var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma och de hjälpte till att arrangera en golfrunda för oss på närliggande Woll Golf Club. Restaurangen/baren var mysig och gav oss möjlighet att umgås med andra hotellgäster. Bra frukost.”

“Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. ”

“A very nice hotel. Ian, the proprietor, welcomed me with tea and a scone. The room was comfortable and the breakfast could not have boin better. Plenty of choice. Entry is up some stone steps, but I was ableto drive up to the top to unload. The view fro. My window was iconic. Overlooking Rothbury, a quintessential English village. Reasonable rates. Whats not to love. Try it, you wont be disappointed. ”

“We enjoyed a fantastic 2 night trip over the bank holiday weekend. This was a lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated throughout, VERY comfortable beds, very clean. Its in a peaceful location (2 minutes from the Chillingham cattle visitor centre). Our host Mhairi couldn't have been more thoughtful or welcoming during our stay. She is also very knowledgeable about the local area having lived there for 20+ years. Shes more than happy to offer some great suggestions. The breakfast that she...
