“Wonderful addition to the small town of Linn MO which has grown exponentially due to State Tech College. (There are no longer any hotels and this was luxurious and convenient.) I have family who live there but need a place to stay. Wouldn't change a thing and will definitely come back.”

“What a wonderful, peaceful stay. Very clean, very quiet and many animals to see. The deck is so nice to sit and relax. Everything you need is there even mustard and ketchup. 🙂
They even had fishing poles and I caught 2 fish. It was very very nice.”

“What a fantastic find! As a spontaneous planner, I was grateful to find this river front property.
