“Great location to get to downtown Louisville. Clean house, backyard had a table bar with 2 metal chairs, 2 small metal side tables, and 3 bag chairs provided to sit around the firepit. The property manager very nice, easy to work with, and had great hospitality. Thank you! The "drip coffee maker" takes K-cups or ground coffee. The driveway for 2 cars is located behind the backyard fence. Definitely would stay there again. ”

“My family and our three dogs very much enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive and could easily be reached. We came for a family event, and we plan to return if we have another opportunity!”

“House was clean, no major issues. Bed frames were squeaky anytime you moved or rolled over. Doors were also squeaky and needed some lubrication. Doorknobs were loose and needed tightened. Water line wasn't hooked up to fridge and ice trays were not provided, so we had to buy ice. Light bulbs were out in several rooms but ceiling was so high we couldn't change them out even if we wanted to. Would have been nice to have curtains on the windows in addition to the blinds as the sun was very bright...
