“My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable. “We had the most wonderful time just writing in front of the lake cozied up with a blanket, while our dog ran and played in the yard. At night, the kitchen is the perfect kitchen to cook together and share a bottle of wine, with the music and fireplace going. 10/10 will def comeback!”

“Irene's house is a total gem. It is so secluded - truly no other houses anywhere near it. There's a ton of cool features, like two BBQ grills, a fire pit, an awesome patio, and the interior of the house is well laid out as well, with several beds and two separated hangout areas. Communication with Irene was simple and seamless, always swift responses when we had questions. Finally, the location is really optimal. It's deep in the woods and you feel like you're completely alone in the best way...

“We stayed at this retreat in the woods for a 3 day concert run at Bethel Woods. It was clean, quite & close to the venue. The yard was huge and we spent lots of time at the fire pit. Our favorite beach on the Delaware River was only 12 minuets away so we spent our days river side. Plenty of parking and the host was very helpful with our questions. We will definitely be rebooking!”
