“My family enjoyed the property as it was big enough for everyone and pet friendly. We stayed during the rainy months and enjoyed playing games and cuddling up near the fire place. I strongly caution the very steep driveway. If you have a four wheel drive, that is preferred especially if it is wet out. Otherwise good accommodations.”

“We loved the home in the woods. Although it rained all three days of our early March visit, the home was clean, spacious and cozily warm. We enjoyed the gas fire place and had fun playing games on the big dining room table. The house was a short drive to town where we found excellent restaurants and interesting shops for browsing. We'd like to return in the summer to lounge on the decks and walk in the woods.”

“The property was great. So quiet and peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. Great location for short trips to nearby places and also worth taking a longer drive to Avenue of the Giants. House was well furnished and equipped and full of information for local places to visit. Hosts provided great communication ahead of our stay with reminders while we were there. If we are ever so fortunate to return to the Russian River Valley, we will definitely book this property again.”

“Beautiful Sea Ranch location in the redwoods with an ocean view. Cozy living room with lots of windows. WiFi is very fast and TV had plenty of streaming apps. Kitchen fully loaded. Bedroom is upstairs loft so be prepared to climb. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“The house is very nice but located on a very narrow street with difficult parking. We had two larger cars. Parking is a narrow platform and turning radius was a challenge to say the least. The property description should include this information. We would not have stayed here if we had known. Nothing wrong with the house, just would have appreciated knowing about the parking challenge in advance since we had two vans. Also, the beds were a bit too soft.”

“I felt a fairy would pop out of the woods. The place is as quiet and quaint as you could ask. Overwhelmingly warm and full of charm. The place has peace and a personality that is all its own. We had many adventures in the area, but we always looked forward to settling down in the hot tub, relaxing by the stove, and having a peaceful night's sleep. This is a one-in-a-million location. We will always have the fondest of memories of 66.”

“The creekside property was exactly as expected. Wanted to get out of the city for my pup that’s extremely afraid of fireworks for new years. What a quiet and peaceful retreat! Photos represented the property well and access was easy. A lovely getaway from the city for a few days. Very close to the coast with lots of dog friendly beaches. Hope to be back soon!”

“This river side home was perfect for a few rainy days away during the holiday break with the family. It would be great during summer with it being right across the street from the Russian River. Our teens loved hanging out in the basement game room. Beds were comfortable and the wood for the stove was well stocked (once we found the kindling). Only small complaint were that the appliances are a little outdated but really we had everything we needed.”

“The pictures in the listing were very inspiring but they can’t capture the true beauty of this spot. The accommodations were great inside and out and the views were amazing. There are beautiful hikes and beaches throughout the area but you could also happily just stay put in this jewel!!!”

“We loved our stay here. The house was big and beautiful for my husband and I. It was cozy, had great views, loved all the nature , the cleanliness, decorations and updated home and games. Had it not been raining we would have utilized the outdoor fire pits. The outdoor hot tub under the bamboo trees was great. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.”
