Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. “We had an amazing time gazing at the trees, listening to the nearby creek, and relaxing in the hot tub. We needed a relaxing getaway and couldn’t have picked a better property for that purpose. Check out and in were straight-forward and easy. Cute, cozy interior with a great wood-burning stove. We had a lovely time and will be happy to come back when we can.”

“We had a wonderful Christmas week here. Very convenient location Comfortable for 6 adults. Cooked most of our meals here and had plenty of supplies. “It’s a perfect escape for a couple, a beautiful setting and very intimate. A couple of things that are good to know: the bathroom doors are louvered, so if you are not already on comfortable bathroom habit status with your person, this might change that! As other reviews have noted, the bed is fairly hard. Two nights would be my maximum. And if you are at all pillow picky and are wondering if you should bring your own, you should. It was a beautiful peaceful place and we had a wonderful time....
