“The bathtub/shower was dirty. I couldn’t use it because it was so dirty. Everything in the room was old and run down. The bed was really hard. The sheets were not clean. The pictures on the website that I looked at when I booked the room were very deceiving. They made the place look nice. I was very disappointed. I didn’t stay the second night that I had paid for because everything was so nasty. The lady at the front desk was fantastic! She was excellent during the check in process.”

“The fine lady who owns/manages (I don't know) the motel was extraordinarily helpful and cordial -- literally the most pleasant I have ever experienced.”

“The shower got good and hot. Had clean towels and shampoo and soap. The carpet was rough and ragged but it was clean. The beds had clean sheets and blankets. It was stuffy and hot. The a/c unit barely worked. The room had no ventilation without the door being open. The coffee pot in the room was full of molded coffee grounds that hadn't been changed in weeks. I enjoyed having the rolling chairs outside my room but there was vomit and bottle caps on the table in front of the room window.”

“This is now an Econo Lodge. It must be a recent change because Antlers Inn stuff is still around much of the property. I will say the only good thing here was the size of the room. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. But they'll at is the only good thing I can report. It was in the 90s in Vernal and the room was very hot. The air conditioning unit was in the bathroom area and was not very cool, but even if it was it would have taken for ver to reach the sleeping area. The room also...

“Staff was nice, breakfast selection was good, bed was clean and heater and AC worked. The shower, however, had no hot water. We had to heat water with the coffee pot to wash our hair and wash up in the sink. The shower wall also had black mold. The sink handle was non-ADA friendly, and I had to have my husband turn the sink on and off for me because I have arthritis. The hot tub was also cold.”

“Staying at Rock Haus was wonderful!Communication with the host Nick was excellent. Not only was basic info shared, Nicks gave us a lot of local recommendations for sites to see And restaurant choices. We wished we had stayed there one more night. ”
