“Love the location... close to "Uptown Sedona" but most of things we did were in our area (Dinner at Rascals, Sedona Scenic tour pick up, Cafe Jose, foot massage at Tao Foot Spa.... all less than 1 mile from the house, and Hiro Japanese for sushi was only 2-3 miles away.. highly recommend them all). The price was totally worth it... however some improvements... double ply toilet paper :), a little more sound proof (could hear discussions in the main house), have a lock on the slider from the...

“A very nice clean property on the grounds of a couples home. Host was very gracious when I was not able to access the code via my email. Full kitchen with clean water and coffee setup and spacious bathroom with washer and dryer available. Bed was adequate, but would be rather uncomfortable for two people. Overall very nice stay in lovely Clarkdale. ”

“This place is perfect! We stayed for a week and it was like home. First, the location is perfect. It’s close to everything, nothing we did in Sedona was more than a few minutes away. It also made it easy to run home between activities if needed. Next, it’s quiet! We love quiet as we aren’t used to sleeping with noise. This place is very peaceful. We also enjoyed just hanging out here in the afternoons, sitting on the patio in the shade. Wonderful stay, just book it, you wi t be disappointed!”

“The unit's location is very accessible to the freeway, grocery store and dining options! The community is quiet and well maintained. The unit's floor plan is good, sized just right and the 2 bedrooms are big as well as the bathrooms. The washer and dryer is a big help and dishwasher as well!
