“Very good localisation”

“This was a spacious and bright place. Modern marble bathroom, minimal kitchen. Middle of a solid neighborhood block. Didn't hear a peep of noise during our stay. One side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday and the other on Friday (and maybe another, wasn't applicable so I don't recall). So parking while we went into the city was safe and easy, which was a big concern. No resident permit needed and the spaces seem to clear out when people go to work. No sketchiness outside...

“As I read in previous reviews - the neighborhood was a little sketchy. The inside was lovely. Clean & welcoming. There is some construction on the street right now taking up parking spaces, so the first night, we had to unload & park about a half block away. The second night we had to park approximately 2 Blocks away. There are temporary speed bumps which are loud/and somewhat annoying when cars drive over them. But overall it was a good experience. Thanks so much for opening your home to us! ”

“Love the off street parking that was a big plus. If you have a wider vehicle it can be a tight squeeze. Overall best place to stay hands down.”
