“On arrival. Floor didnt appear to be very clean. 4 wine glasses and no wine opener. 1 tumbler glass. 4 mugs. Notified host and was asked if i checked all the cabinets. I thought that was an obvious thing. New glasses arrived next am. Plus. Top sheet of bed on sideways. Hem of sheet on side of bed, not on top. No posting of password for use of internet. Couch had lumpy cushions , able to feel springs through cushions. Shabby towels. Blinds missing parts in both rooms. Tv about 24 " off...

“This property looks like photos and is clean and has all the things you need. The location was easy for the holland tunnel. I would not recommend a car. While it does have street parking most days we’re very difficult to find a spot. It would be nice if the balcony was available for guests to use. The host was quick and responsive to all our needs and questions. ”

“Excellent apartment for us (myself, husband, daughter (17) son (16). Beds comfy, showers worked well, good amount equipment in kitchen and all very clean. Check in process was fine.Good public transport access to New York - 10-15 minute walk to the PATH, and then another 10-15 mins on train to central Manhattan.Generally Hoboken felt very welcoming. “Stayed at AJ’s Cozy Corner this past weekend for a quick visit to Hoboken. Centrally located near Steven’s Institute and off Washington St (main street in Hoboken). Able to get around without a car anywhere in the one mile square within a 10-15 minute walk. The place was surprisingly roomy and clean. Perfect for our visit!”

“Great stay overall! Very clean and well-appointed with everything I needed for a 2 week stay with my husband and baby including laundry/dishwashing stuff, cookware/seasonings and even some comped snacks. Vrbo host was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. Only tiny annoyance was the lack of counter space in the kitchen and the location of the unit which required me to walk up a hill. But it was a great stay and value either way.”

“Very nice property, the view of Manhattan is amazing from the rooftop! We really enjoyed staying here, and beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the only thing we experienced was a bit noisy on Wednesday night from an alarm going off at the factory behind the property.Friday night someone had a party with loud noise and Saturday night was mild noise, but it's expected in the city. I'd stay here again because of the views and comfort! The property manager was absolutely awesome, he stayed...
