“We stayed Aug 2023 as two families with 4 children ranging from ages 1-19. It was perfect for our families. Far enough away that it was quiet in the evenings and approximately a 10 minute straight walk to the boardwalk/beach. The host was extremely fast at responding to all my questions before and during our trip. The home was just as described. Bedding/towels were there when we arrived. “Brigantine beach is a very nice area, just a few minutes north of Atlantic City, and the hotel is located just next to the long and beautiful beach. The hotel is in desperate need for renovation but it was clean as far as the old and worn facilities allowed. No housekeeping services are included but the room had a small kitchen so we could cook our own food (there's a large ACME a few minutes away and a local grocery store 2 mins walk away).
