“Brigantine beach is a very nice area, just a few minutes north of Atlantic City, and the hotel is located just next to the long and beautiful beach. The hotel is in desperate need for renovation but it was clean as far as the old and worn facilities allowed. No housekeeping services are included but the room had a small kitchen so we could cook our own food (there's a large ACME a few minutes away and a local grocery store 2 mins walk away). Good choice if you want to stay close to the beach and...

“Stay was amazing as always room very comfortable. Just wish they would put there Availability back on hotels.com trying to extend my stay and says there booked up til February of 2026 when other sites say there available. It's wierd how all of sudden I can't use hotels.com to book when this is the platform I trust the most. ”

“The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again.”

“Very good location, easy connections to downtown and Brooklyn. Spacious room, lots of storage, well equipped kitchen. However, the room was not really clean, there were chunks of dust in the corners. Bathroom needs renovation, especially the shower - it was almost impossible to adjust water temperature and the sink drain got clogged each time. "Stayed here for a night with a friend. Big comfortable room albeit quite outdated. Hallways were dirty. Food offering isn't the best. Parking was $10/night which was excellent but it took 40 minutes to exit the parking garage upon departure because they only had one pay station available. "
