A great hotel with a very convenient location. The staff was soo lovely and helpful, gladly answered any questions and gave some really good recommendations. Just around the corner from the hotel you can find multiple supermarkets, cafes, an ATM and restaurants. The best shawarma can be found on those streets. The hotel is a brisk 10 minute walk to the Damascus Gate, along the way offering a bunch of local Palestinians selling fruits, kaak, bread, juices and other local groceries. The Al-Mihbash bar and restaurant is also very close by, with a great balcony seating to enjoy the late afternoons with a beer and local dishes looking over the garden tomb.
The hotel room itself was standard and had all the necessities you require for your stay. Comfortable bed, proper shower, and proper air conditioning. Big plus for the rooftop pool and seating, a visit up there guarantees a refreshing view of the neighbourhood in Jerusalem.
The hotel is also close to the red rail line, which is less than a 10 minutes walk and you are easily connected to central Jerusalem and the train station. Connecting you to the airport and other major Palestinian cities such as Haifa and Akko.
Overall a great stay with some of the most helpful and kindest staff. Would definitely be back here for my next trip to Jerusalem.
