Wooden walls and ceiling, gave it a rustic feel but for us, the bed was the main attraction. âEven though this was on the main drag and at a junction, it was very quiet. Might not be so much in the summertime, but it was this time that I stayed at the end of September. Most people are up late anyway in the summertimeđâ
âThis is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. If youâre thinking about staying here I would recommend you to reconsider. Our room hadnât been cleaned. When we immediately talked to the reception about that they sent some kind of manager who just wiped the kitchen counter. But the crumbles all over the floor and the dirty bath tub wasnât taken care of. We complained about this lack of cleaning two times after that and all they did was to make the bed, 24 hours after we checked in. â
âMy partner and I had such a lovely time here. I donât even know where to start. The room was very cute, comfortable, clean and had a soaking tub ( and some lovely bath salts) that was a real treat. We took a nice little swim in the lake which was the perfect temperature. The gentleman who owns this place is friendly and professional, i felt welcome and at ease while interacting with him. I met a dog and a cat. The cat was perfect in every way- mysterious yet friendly, unafraid and unconcerned....
