“Check in process was terrible as I arrived at 2:30 pm and the receptionist said at first I would have to pay an early check-in fee, then he said there were no rooms ready, and I explained to him I had to go to work and would not be back after midnight, since I work at the hospital, but he never said that the front door and the main lobby will be closed after 11 pm and I'd have to dial in from the phone for the night attendant to come let me in. “For a none smoking property I felt like I walked to a cigarette’s chimney because of the smoke smell. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to be checked in and not because it was busy but because there was nobody available. “The property had a weird smell. Every night I got a very strong smell of cigarette from the washroom which makes me think that their venting system has some problem. The staff weren’t courteous at all. They initially assigned me a wrong room and when I went into the room, there was a person inside already. When I told them about it, they didn't say anything and gave me another room, as if it was a normal incident.”

“Convenient to 95. Dog friendly and didn't charge me for them which was great. Breakfast decent- not the best La Quinta one I've had but fine. Room was a little older but clean and comfortable beds. Quiet. There was a parking garage near the parking lot where walk the dogs with some unsavory folks hanging around so maybe not the safest area but we didn't have any problems.”

“The only reason I didn't rate the hotel a full five stars is because they only seemed to serve instant coffee. Otherwise, for the price, this was a great two night stay. Free parking. Fairly limited with only a handful of open spots from what I experienced. But I'll take free. Fantastic hot breakfast (eggs, meats, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal pouches) and the usual cold foods (breads, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal). Just wish there was actual brewed coffee. “I was surprised at the cleanliness of my room and that it had so many amenities for such an affordable price point. I had a comfortable night's sleep. The shower was great. The TV worked. The only downfall was that the elevator smelled a little bit like urine. Thank you for an overall good stay!”

“We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good.”

“Hyatt hotel stay was perfect! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The only mishap was that they were doing a little renovation in the lobby and the pool wasn’t open, but other than that everything was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very quiet. Even with the renovations going on, we didn’t hear any noise at all unless you went downstairs to the lobby. Great place to stay, the area is very quiet, and food places are only about a 5-minute drive away.”
