“The house was great. The location is great. Next to lots of eating establishments. Near 2 banks (ATMs). Near the Lake Chapala Society, all within 5 or 6 blocks. The neighbors and neighborhood are so friendly and kind. The host was on it. When we needed anything, he made sure his on call maintenance guy was there. Not sure how he did this in Mexico but the guy was here within 1 or 2 hours even on a Sunday. Love the place and the host. So sad to leave. ”

“I was on the fence about this place days prior to using it. Communication with the host made me comfortable. Total of 5 family members. Everyone was comfortable. A/c system was a big plus along with hot water for the shower. All cooking utensils were there. We rented a small van that fitted 7 people and it fit perfectly in the secured parking space. “Place is lovely. Clean, friendly hosts, beautiful courtyard and easy parking right in front. Great space! Always felt safe, felt safe everywhere we went. Definitely recommend. The only downside is no air conditioning and during the day if we stopped or a few nights, it was pretty warm even with the fans. ”

“I would not stay here again. the freezer was frozen and leaked on the floor. no extra blankets, the bathroom was not clean and had hair on the flor and hair on the shower floor. The place should have been half the price with the condition it was in. the worst stay I have ever had with an expedia property !”
