The building is equipped with a backup generator; however, it operates for only one load-shedding session daily, typically during peak demand. Additionally, we offer portable backup power supply units for rent to our guests at R25 per day or R500 per month when leasing our apartments. A R1000 refundable deposit is required. Kindly inform us beforehand if you wish to rent a unit, so we can ensure its availability in your apartment.

This modern 2-bedroom apartment is located in a secure building in the heart of Sandton. It features an open-plan kitchen and living area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, and a 4-plate stove. While there is no washing machine, laundry facilities are available in the building, allowing you to drop off and collect your laundry on the same day for R80 per load. The unit includes a Fibre connection, and the TV is set up with Netflix, Prime, and YouTube, but does not offer DStv or SABC channels.

Ideal for remote workers, the apartment boasts a co-working space with three private booths for Zoom meetings, one meeting room, numerous work desks, and a lounge area. The co-working space provides free Wi-Fi and backup power to counter the occasional load shedding.

Guests are welcomed with complimentary coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and filtered water. Please note, the apartment is not serviced daily but is cleaned once a week, including a towel and linen change for stays exceeding 10 days.

The 65sqm apartment accommodates a maximum of four adults and one infant. Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs with prior arrangement, as building management must be informed.

Situated on the ground level, access to the building and common areas is secured with a biometric system. Upon check-in, the concierge will register your fingerprint, and you will need to provide a photo ID for security purposes.

If you're booking with an infant, please let me know if a camp cot is required.

Multiple units are available for booking in this building.

Guests have access to the apartment, all common areas, the gym, and the co-working space.

We do not reside on the property but are available through the Airbnb app and Whats App.

Please be aware that the generator will only operate for one loadshedding session per day. If there are multiple sessions, it will function during peak times, such as around 8 am and 6 pm. Normally, a loadshedding session lasts for 2 hours and 30 minutes. However, during stage 6, one of the three daily sessions will extend to 4 hours and 30 minutes.
