“It looks like people are living in the building and some apartments are rented out. The building was safe and quiet but there are no food options onsite. The apartments also had slightly different items (e.g. one had 2 heaters and a hairdryer whereas the second apartment only had 1 heater and no hairdryer). Both had good views. The building is close to Sandton Mall. I was in contact with reception via WhatsApp and they were very accomodating to my requests and very responsive. ”

“My second stay here. I have no problem with is place. I love the location. The major challenge is the check-in and check-out time. Then again some of the staff are not friendly. The hotel cancelled my initial booking under the pretext that I needed to confirm. They didn't contact me despite hotel.com contacting them that they are conforming to my booking. theses created a lot of confusion which was later sorted out by hotels.com ”

“This place is even better than the reviews give it credit for. It's modern, spacious, and the customer service is attentive. It has a pool, and although it does not have a gym, there's a really wonderful park with running trails next door. On top of that, it's quite literally steps away from Melrose Arch, close enough to food and attractions, but far enough to be quiet at night. I've stayed in many different places in the city, and this may be my new go-to place to stay in Joburg!”

“The place was nice but not as ready for us. There were two towels for a family of 5 and one rol of toilet paper. The fan in one of the bathrooms rattled badly to a point we decided not to use it. The couch in the living room is outdated. Besides those inconveniences, the place is not bad.”

“This is a fine basic residential apartment. I had a nice stay and no major problems. The wifi was fine. The kitchen is sparsely supplied. The A/C worked well. The rooms were serviced well. Sometimes the gate was unlocked and unattended at night. I think there is a sewage leak in the main parking lot, which was unpleasant. The mattress could do with being replaced. There is a nice restaurant on one side; but there is a squatter dwelling on the other side.”

“First people said no checking bevor 4:00 pm. But on website is 3:00 pm. Than direct in front of the door smelling garbage cans from the hall complex. Complete Apartment smells like a garage can. Than i beome from the owner a message Apartment 375 wait there almost 15 min. After i called him back he said now Apartment 182. But thats not all. In the Apartment cockroach. Try cancelation over expedia. He call with owner no refund. What this? This is the reason why I left expedia after 15 years...
