âThe house and grounds are beautiful. They reminded us of a fine English country house. Sarah and Ryan are ideal B&B hosts; friendly but not intrusive. Cold wine, beer and soft drinks were available in for guests to help themselves, as well as tea and coffee.
We were attracted to the Howarth Suite with its whirlpool tub, and were not disappointed. It was large, full of beautiful and interesting things (as was the rest of the house), and the tub was easily big enough for two and worked very well....
âStaff was a definite plus. The condition of the room was also most nice. There were a couple of minor flaws (which I did not report because I left when nobody was available:
The tv remote had an issue with the battery cover (it had slightly broken, and didnât properly close but still functioned fine)
The closet had gotten its hangers stolen by presumably prior guests (I had brought a couple of hangars with me and didnât need any more).
The shower was particularly nice and the bed was quite...

âThis was a quick stop on a trip north and had pulled in from the highway. The guy who checked me in was really nice and helpful. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. I didnât stay long, left early the next morning.â

âGreat place to stay. Staff is very friendly and makes sure your privacy is respected. Hotel may be a little outdated in terms of infrastructure but has everything you would get at an overpriced hotel. Property is quiet and spacious. A+â
