My best friend and I stayed here with our four kids (17 and 13 and 17 and 16). We made the siblings share the king bed rooms and we moms opted for the twin room so we could have our own beds. The kiddos found the board games (Are You Normal? and Trivia Pursuit), pulled the table into the middle of the living room and spent the evening actually socializing and interacting with each other! Side note for other unobservant parents, we did not realize the Are You Normal? was supposed to be 18+. They survived. With it having only one bathroom it might be a challenge if you have six adults all trying to get ready. First world problems and all. It was a lovely fun stop for our two families. Gary the host was great with communication. Checking in and out was no problem. The lockbox with the key is up on the column so it's easy to access. I would come back here just to sleep. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans, blackout shades, and it was so lovely and quiet (other than the sounds of our laughing kids).

Great place to stay. Very clean, close to town and wineries. Had everything we needed and then some! Fenced backyard area was nice and private. The host was super responsive which was great. We will be back.

Great house in Johnson City. Clean, nice space, easy walk into town. Quiet neighborhood. Easy in/out. We just stayed a night and didn’t use the backyard but looked great. Overall, a really nice stay.

Very nice accommodations! Very clean, comfortable beds, great central location, close to town and great backyard with a gazebo, gas firepit and games. The home is well equipped and had everything that we needed. Also, great communication with the property manager throughout! Highly recommend this property!

Great place and great location!

We love staying in Johnson City and this property was close to downtown and all our fave spots. It has a beautiful back yard and my wife used the gazebo every morning. Beds were comfy. Nicely decorated and the owners were very responsive and checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend!

This house was perfectly located right in JC and very clean! Gary was excellent with communication and coordination. We'll definitely consider this property again on our next trip to JC.

Thanksgiving Break in Hill Country

Stayed at this cute duplex to visit friends and family in Johnson City for Thanksgiving. As someone who grew up in JC, location is perfect! Property is really well done in terms of all that you need to have a comfortable stay. Hope to stay there again soon.
