“The property is perfect with the refreshing pool, deck for sipping coffee, friendly horses nearby, and the surrounding natural views of Texas Hill country. The place is quiet and peaceful and yet only 7 minutes to Johnson City. The owner, Tami, is very friendly and has stocked the house better than most VRBOs with plenty of coffee, paper products, kitchen/bathroom/laundry supplies, towels, pool toys, etc. We essentially didn’t need a thing and loved our week long trip. ”

“Stayed one night after hiking Pedernales Falls. Good proximity to P. Falls and Johnson City. Property clean, patio/view and hot tub wonderful. Fire damage to surrounding landscape non issue… still beautiful. Would happily return with larger group - spacious & modern. Would be cautious with very little kids on edge of patio as it drops off a few feet to ground level. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. Pool is completely fenced for safety. Overall great & highly recommend.”
