“The cottage was nice and secluded. There were lots of deer and Johnson city is adorable. There were lots of ants on the “porch” part of the property, lots were dead but they were still there, I am sure it’s just because it was hot and summer time in hill country. My only complaint is that the window unit was not enough to keep up and keep the cottage cool. The hosts were very communicative and everything we needed was available. We enjoyed our weekend there”

“We loved our stay at Walden Retreats. Becky checked us in and was so welcoming and informative of our tent and things to do while we were there. I was worried that the tent would be warm in the first of August, but we kept the shades down during the day and the fans on.
