Lovely, Comfortable Home

Ms. Dot’s cottage is quite a gem! The interior is beautifully done. The beds are all comfortable and the big open space that is the living room and kitchen was perfect for hanging out, chatting and relaxing. Perfect walking distance to everything too.

Cute house, perfect location!

Spent a weekend here with friends. Property is comfy and homey. Emily was amazing in answering questions and communicating with us. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Nice accommodations

The house was as described. Everything was clean and the host provided everything that we needed for our stay. Emily checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well, which was appreciated. Overall, no complaints and I would recommend it.

Fabulous home

We could not have picked a better home in Johnson City for our visit to the wineries. Emily contacted us immediately to see if we needed any recommendations for wineries or places to eat. Everything she recommended was perfect We loved staying in Johnson city where we could walk to eat or visit the shops after a day of wine tasting . I have never stayed at a rental that was so clean. We plan to return

Great Location and Newly Remodeled Home!

We are local to the area but wanted a “staycation” for myself and two girls friends for a “wine weekend”! This house is newly remodeled and no consideration was left unaccounted for! We had everything we could possibly need, the beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved the outdoor patio! It was a great location, and we walked everywhere in town over the weekend! The host was extremely communicative, upon booking and during check in! We will definitely return!

Dot’s Farmhouse is a must!

From the first message asking about the property, Emily was a delight. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt!

Absolute Perfection

This lovely property exceeded all of my expectations. Beautifully designed and decorated. My family (husband and three grown children) enjoyed our last Spring Break in gorgeous Texas Hill country. The house was a perfect location: steps from Johnson City attractions, and a perfect home base to visit Enchanted Rock, Pedernales Falls State Park, Federicksburg, and Longhorn Caverns. The owner was perfectly attentive to our needs, even supplying firewood for the firepit and some classic family games. Cannot recommend this property enough. Absolute perfection!
