I booked very late on the same day for work purposes and they called to let me know a wedding was on and my room was directly over it, they offered to waive any fees if i were to cancel which I appreciated. 2/10 Väldigt dåligt
"2 night stay booked, checked out after one hour. Still trying to get hotel to process refund which they are now refusing. People drinking out of a car directly outside the reception, halls stank of marijuana. Room smelt unclean, bedding had not been changed with footprints and marks on the sheets, carpets were filthy. Staff apologised but said they have no control over how their guests behave and promised a refund but now are denying. Avoid like the plague. "
