“Stayed here for a show at SPAC with my dad. The property was perfect for our needs; 2 bedrooms, clean, good amenities, and it was a quiet and peaceful location. No traffic noise, nice large yard with a fire pit and awesome gas grill. It was nice staying in a quieter area but still close to Saratoga and the concert venue.”

“We had a great stay at the South Shore Retreat House! Fully accommodated our family of 12 adults and six children. We were hosting a party at Tinney's Tavern in Lake Desolation and the South Shore House was a perfect place to retreat to at the end of the evening! Kyle was super responsive to any questions we had. “The house is great! The house is off the main roads but still easy to get to everything! It had rained a lot and even snowed so ground was super wet, so unfortunately I didn’t get to see much of the spacious property! Not a huge deal but definitely something I noticed upon arrival. The bath towels provided by the house were bleach stained. No AC in bedrooms. Plant overgrowth on back deck.
