“I needed a hotel room close enough to the airport after my flight was canceled due to weather conditions. It did the job. Typical American motel. Large room with outdated furniture but brand new TV and bathroom. I was welcome by a cockroach in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness is below average but I've seen worse.”

When we asked for a late checkout the cleaning people finally came to our room and kept trying to get in every 5 minutes when the late checkout we had asked for was only 30 minutes later than the actual checkout. “We were always greeted when we came in and sometimes when we left. Everything was clean and well kept. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The bathroom was roomy and bright. Could’ve used a make up mirror though. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The property was newly renovated and beautiful. But we stayed for 4 nights and had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned. Everyone was kind. But communication between staff seemed lacking. Also, no complimentary breakfast option or coffee was a disappointment. There seemed to be some kind of ‘pay ahead’ option for breakfast and we were just out of luck for that. Also.
