“I got there right at check in and my room wasn’t ready. The person in front of me checking in was offered a bag of 4 bottles of water but it wasn’t offered to me even do I waited almost 25 minutes for my room to be ready. Shower head was broken.”

“No bathroom sink, it was actually in room. Beds very uncomfortable and noisy. Pets charge was 50 a night, too much. Step into room was a drop, no signage.”

“I feel as if the moto today is pay more and get less but that’s across the board for everything. The room needed a few more towels. I don’t mind not having daily maid service ( and I could ask for it) but please give me more than two towels in the room. We were able to ask for more but then again I paid enough not to have to go get more towels. The breakfast nook was very minimal, which wasn’t a big deal for me but again pay more get less. The coffee was terrible. So weak it didn’t even taste...

“This is an interesting and unusual place. The oldest parts of the inn date from 1670 and 1740. The place is quite cozy. It's seen a lot of history, but it is up to date. The room was great, with a new, large bathroom and an excellent bed. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They texted to confirm our arrival and had everything ready when we arrived!”
