“11 Nun was a perfect stay for our family and to visit with relatives that live in the area. Once we learned where all kitchen items were we did fine. I added measuring cups and teaspoons/tablespoon to the kitchen as there were none.Listing said central air but it was window units; an exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been nice. The first part of our time was during a RI heatwave. The deck was fabulous and the beach chairs a plus.”

The area was very nice with easily accessible beaches by either a short drive or we even walked once early morning. The home was very well equipped for leisure with access to a beautiful tennis court, smart TVs, ping pong table, hot tub, speakers to play music and absolutely lovely first and second floor balconies.
