"Vi var väldigt nöjda med utsikten, den var verkligen fantastisk och höjde hela vistelsen. Däremot kändes hotellet i sig lite gammalt och maten var ganska trist, inget som stack ut. Vi reste i början av oktober och då var mycket av hotellets service redan stängd, bland annat spaavdelningen och den bättre restaurangen. Eftersom hotellet marknadsför sig som ett spahotell kändes det missvisande att dessa faciliteter inte var tillgängliga. Hade vi vetat det i förväg hade vi nog valt ett annat hotell."

"Everything was very good! Only minus was the lunch food in the big restaurant that wasn’t very tasty. The other restaurant and the breakfast was very nice on the other hand! We are very satisfied with our stay! "

"We booked this hotel expecting a luxurious all-inclusive experience, but sadly, it didn’t live up to its promise. The rooms were worn, the children’s bedroom smelled of damp, and we passed the same litter and cigarette butts every day on the path to our room. Inside, the room was poorly cleaned — dust, hair from previous guests, and insect remains in corners and drawers. The pool is too small for the number of guests, and sunbeds are always reserved. Staff seem kind but lack service training; misunderstandings were frequent. At lunch, I was scolded by a waitress after going to the bar to order — a surprising and unpleasant experience. Food quality was disappointing. Much of it appeared prefabricated, including dry pastries, bake-off bread, and soggy lunch dishes. Dinner buffet lacked taste and freshness. Restaurant Venezia was decent, but failed to showcase local ingredients. The Asian restaurant was worst of all, with frozen spring rolls & soggy noodles covered in Asian sweet sauce from a jar. The website presents a high-end image, but our experience was of a tired, mid-range resort in need of renovation, better cleaning routines, and significantly improved food and service."

"This is a fantastic hotel and we loved are stay here. The location and views are superb in both the restaurants and the pool-area. Sea veiw rooms are beautiful and clean. Private beach with a lot of sunbeds is also fantastic.Staff if very friendly and helpful. Food, especially in the A la carte restaurants are really good, and also the drinks by all the bars are high-standard. It’s indeed newly opened and they have some areas of improvement to truly give that overall 5-star feeling. There is a slight smell in some areas of the hotel, but didn’t disturb are overall experience. There is not enough sunbeds and people tend to get up as early as 7am to reserve. The main restaurants is a little understaffed especially during breakfast and lunch to take drink-orders. Would love to have waiters come out to the sunbeds and take orders instead of queuing by the bar. Make sure the reserve A la carte dinners before you arrive to make sure you get all your included dinners. "
