COZY JOSHUA TREE HOME- 9 min to the park! with Hot Tub

Welcome to our newly built mid century modern home in Joshua Tree. Casa Loma is perfect for that relaxing getaway you've been waiting for. Inside you'll enjoy our cozy living room while being entertained on our 55 inch tv with streaming app like Netflix, Disney, and Hulu. Surrounded by rolling mountains enjoy night by the fire pit, cook dinners in our gorgeous fully stocked kitchen and dine outdoor under the bistro lights and stars and enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the covered patio or hot tub.
The space
Our newly constructed house is located in the heart of Joshua Tree!. The open and airy layout can accommodate up to 6 people. Its a cozy fit but definitely can make it work.

Our home is furnished with one queen bed in the master bedroom with ensuite and walk- in closet. One full size bed in the second bedroom and one queen size memory foam Article sleeper sofa located in the living room.

The living room in furnished with a 55 inch flat screen tv where you'll be able to "Netflix and chill" with friends and stream apps such as Disney and Hulu. We also have an air purifier in the living room. Clean, fresh air is always the best for everyone! NO musty smells at our house. lol

Our gorgeously equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar , which you will find all the pot, pans, silverware, plates and glass wines that you will need to cook for breakfast lunch and dinner!

With beautiful dessert mountain views and Joshua Trees , enjoy watching sunrises and sunsets from our front yard. From our backyard fire up the grill and enjoy lounging or dining al fresco on the covered patio. After an adventurous day hiking in the park or day of exploring Joshua Tree, enjoy the beautiful bright starry skies with family or friends staying warm by the fire pit and making yummy s'mores or relaxing in the hot tub. You can also make it a game night, playing ping pong, air hockey in the garage or board games such as scrabble or UNO.

This place has a really nice layout. A little hard to see address if you get there at dark. Host was very quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Hot tub was relaxing after the day at the park. Road in front of house was pretty busy, and traffic noise made it hard to sleep in the morning.

Overall, we had a good experience! The house was clean, the air conditioner worked well, we were close to the park and it was a good size for us even with an extra bedroom! The laundry was super convenient to have after hiking around the park all day. Some small things that brought the rating from a 5 to a 4: there were only 5 forks, it is located on a busy 55 mph road, and the main bathroom toilet was consistently running.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Everything was exceptionally clean and our stay was very comfortable. Mark, our host, was very responsive with answers to any questions we had. The location is ideal. Very close to the park entrance and an easy drive up to Pioneertown and Pappy and Harriet’s. Having a washer and drier on site was a huge bonus as time out in the desert can leave clothes a bit dusty. We didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit, but the outdoor space was very inviting. WiFi is strong and allowed for som impromptu remote meetings for work as well as streaming movies in the evening. Very highly recommended for a great stay in Joshua Tree!

Fantastic Family Stay in Joshua Tree!

Our family (myself, my husband 1 kiddo, age 8 years) had a great say here! Excellent location close to JT National Park and local restaurants. Clean, comfy, nice hot tub. Had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area, and we'd recommend it to others.

What a great Joshua Tree experience

Girls trip (professional moms) was a total hit. The house decor fit the Joshua tree vibe. It was perfect for us. It was very clean and the location was perfect. We were about 8 minutes from the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and about 5 minutes from food and shops. The post was exactly as is. Communication was great!

Super Cute Desert Stay

What a cute place! It was the perfect size and layout for our family. My young toddler slept very well and despite the proximity to the road we did not hear anything. They were right about the house slippers because the concrete floors were a little chilly. But everything was comfortable and clean. We did not utilize the backyard due to some rain, but it looked cute back there. You cannot beat the proximity to the park and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Joshua Tree.

Comfortable and homey stay in Joshua Tree

My family (two adults and one four year old) had a fantastic stay at this home! We loved the cleanliness of the space, and extra touches, especially the record player and the many board games which we enjoyed playing as a family. When wind levels permitted, we lit a fire in the backyard fire pit and made our kiddo's first ever s'mores.The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was functional and useful for our family. The location was perfect—close to the National Park, and near many excellent restaurants. It was also near enough to Palm Springs to enjoy a day out there. Would absolutely recommend! Modern, clean and just outside the park

My husband, two teenagers, and I really enjoyed staying in this Joshua Tree home. It's new, spotless and nicely decorated without being cluttered. The beds were very comfortable. My son slept on the pull-out couch, which he said was comfortable too. It's a great place to stay when visiting the National Park. Easy keypad entry and lock. We didn't use the firepit but enjoyed the backyard hot tub and outdoor seating areas.

Clean and convenient to JTNP

Modern and updated 2bd/2ba conveniently located to the west entrance of JTNP. Soft desert colors for the decor, full kitchen with a few extras, like an electric tea kettle, and pantry with some spices. It was quite cold and windy, so we didn’t use the fire pit (nor the hot tub), but the duvets were warm. Good water pressure and comfy queen size bed in the master bedroom. Bedrooms face a main road for the neighborhood but shutting the brand new double paned windows kept it quiet at night. Excellent response time and helpful communication from the hosts. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Beautiful home in perfect location

Great place close to the park

The house was really nice, clean, great decor, and the perfect location for going in and out of the park. Only negative experience was finding the house at night. It is a very dark road and it is difficult to see the address markers. Some motion lights in the front entry would be a good addition. Otherwise, great stay.

Family Fun

Awesome place for a family with young kids. Close to town and entrance to the park. The fire pit, hot tub and air hockey were fun to come back to after climbing around in the park all day. We would definitely come back.

Cute and Comfortable Stay

Group of 5 ladies staying for the weekend and hiking in Joshua Tree. We loved the decor. Great amenities. Convenient location close to the park entrance but also grocery and food places. Easy check in. They had lots of blankets which was nice since we were there in January and it was cold. The heating system worked well too.
