“Driving up to the house it’s very beautiful and definitely had spacious front & backyard area, loved the layout indoors as well. I just wish the cleaning service had been more through after previous guests, there was remnants of a party on the windowsill behind the couch. Overall it was still a nice relaxing stay.”

“Not a transparent transaction. Large deposit was not clearly disclosed and then held for 15 days after we vacated because "that is the policy". This transaction involved Expedia, the Local Agency and VRBO. It required numerous phone calls to find out when our deposit would be returned. None of these agencies would accept responsibility .”

“This property sits on a large corner lot at the top of a rise ,any neighbors are some distance away, you have a clear view to the north to take in both sunrise and sunset, and the northern exposure keeps things cooler. The landscaping is great, loved the hot tub for sunset viewing. Inside the house are cool concrete or tile floors, a spacious open kitchen/living/dining room where you can always see the desert views. The design of the home is comfortable and modern. “We had a wonderful trip at this property. The space was the perfect size and we really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area was great, we loved the privacy of the fence and were able to enjoy the swings and the hot tub in peace. Our favorite area of the property was the outdoor seating area where we watched the nature, especially the sunrises and sunsets. The outdoor mural also reflected the sunlight beautifully. Thank you to Sara and Tony for making our mini-moon so special! ”
