This is a beautiful historic homestead property that has been lovingly restored and updated. It's a 7 minute walk to The Village and we have a hot tub on the patio in the back.

Enjoy the cowboy pool and mountain views from the back yard of this cozy desert cottage, which features a dedicated office with an adjustable sit/stand desk and high speed cable internet.

You will love staying in our fully fenced backyard. We have a fully stocked kitchen that includes a gas range oven, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs for you to enjoy your meals outside.

Imagine yourself relaxing in our Hammock village. A propane outdoor fire-pit will keep you warm and an outdoor gas grill will ensure that you can enjoy a beautiful evening outside.

With individual Mini Split cooling and heating control, you're never far from the perfect temperature. The Cozy Coyote also has a selection of reading materials, games, and puzzles available to help you relax and bond with family and friends. We have a new LG stack washer and dryer on the premises so you can pack light and travel with ease.

Guest access:
Plenty of parking for 3 cars in the front driveway area. Park anywhere in front of house off the street.

Check-In is via personal smart lock code sent to you prior to arrival.

Other things to note:
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house.

Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. We are on a septic system.

Please be respectful of the neighborhood with outdoor noise and please respect the 10pm noise curfew.

You must let us know if a pet will be joining you and enter them in the reservation. There is a $50 per pet fee. Please be a mindful pet owner, respect the property, and clean up after your pet in the back yard. Any significant damages or excessive cleaning resulting from pets could incur additional charges.

No glass cups or bottles in the back yard please.

Cowboy pool available April - September. Pool/spa service person will be on site during the day on Mondays.

Additional charges may be assessed if guest actions result in hot tub or pool needing to be drained.

We mitigate bugs as much as possible and have the house professionally cleaned after each guest. However, critters are part of life in the desert and we can't entirely avoid the occasional critter breaking in.
