Each bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, with plush bedding, memory foam mattresses, a 4K Smart TV, a luggage rack, a laundry hamper, hangars, and ample charging ports for all devices, ensuring guests enjoy a peaceful night`s rest.

Each full bathroom provides soft plush towels, bathrobes, disposable spa slippers, high-end hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up remover and towels, disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, and hairdryer.

The primary bedroom (Bedroom 1) features a walk-in closet, a full private restroom with a rain-style shower, a sitting room with a pull-out couch with an electric fireplace, and a private patio with seating, including hanging basket chairs. The walk in closet has two pack and play cribs, extra blankets, linens and pillows for the pull out couch.

The Spa bathroom (full bathroom 3) is a unique attached stand-alone bathroom that boasts gorgeous valley and mountain views while showering in the rain-style open-design shower. One can`t help but feel like you are at a spa retreat with the scent of eucalyptus and serene decor.

Our Pool deck boasts a unique chemical/salt-free pool (literally perfect PH-level water with no chemicals!), providing a serene and natural environment to unwind and rejuvenate. With panoramic views of the desert landscape stretching out before you, relaxation comes effortlessly. Friendly and quiet neighbors who are mindful of noise and light pollution. All neighboring properties are spacious and spread apart.

We are located in Joshua Tree, approximately 12 minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park visitor center/entrance and less than 5 minutes from the fairgrounds!

Like most properties in Joshua Tree that offer space, privacy, tranquility, and less light pollution, this property is off a dirt road. The road is approximately .5 miles long and very easily managed in any car, but you may want to exercise more caution if driving a very low-profile vehicle.

Our amazing Modpool utilizes the KemFree system, which does not add chemicals to the pool water. It`s like swimming in crystal-clear drinking water. There is a pool heating fee of $69/day if you would like to have it heated, temperature up to 82 degrees in the winter. please give us at least 12hrs advance notice to heat the pool.

Hot Tub seats 6 people and it`s always hot and ready! Please shower before using the hot tub, this really helps keep the water clean and clear. The spa bathroom is conveniently located next to the hot tub!

The Theater Barn/Game room does not have heating or cooling. There are extra blankets in the barn when it`s cool, and when it`s warmer the exhaust fans automatically turn on, and you can open all the roller doors for great air flow!
