“Was told at check in the pool was open, although it's missing a foot of water. When my children went down to swim they were told they weren't allowed that it was 15$ per person.”

“Very charming and unique hotel. Great location.”

“I had higher expectations of the hotel, due to the high ratings. However, when we arrived, the pool & hot tub were closed, the pillows were all lumpy, the bed was extremely firm, the shower light did not work, and the conditioner bottle was broken. At the front desk, the host verbally announced our room number and someone else’s information was displayed on the tablet. “I understand the building is old! Everything was a little grubby! Sheets were clean & smelled good! Not sure it was worth the price!!”

“Staff was very friendly & helpful”

“They were doing some exterior renovations but overall the hotel was clean and comfortable.”
