Det enda som var ett minus var de tunna väggarna/dörren mellan rummen (vi hade ett med dörr in till rummet bredvid). Personalen var väldigt förstående och hjälpte oss att byta rum. Badrummen var väldigt kalla. ”

“This is a 10 out of 10 and an affordable hotel especially in the bronx. The train station is 2 blocks away to go to the city and a bus stop as well. Public transportation is accessible. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt when i 1st booked i was hesitant to go to the bronx. I'm SO GLAD I did it's sooooooo affordable i wish I've known about this hotel earlier on. I was staying in Manhattan and my gosh it was so expensive but this place rooms are spacious, clean, microwave and fridge...

“The staff was very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained everything so that I didn’t worry. They even went so far as looking for matches to help me light my daughter’s birthday candles. We will return and plan to visit Aloft Hotels in the future.”

“The room and condition was good enough. Couple of minor problems - sound isolation is not good - if somebody slammed the door of wc, if has been heard in the room. The lockers were old and loud. Other things were ok.”

“I had to clean the bathroom (I usually just do a light wipe down) however this time I had to get to work! The staff were amazing and I wish breakfast had a meat option!”

“Room stank of cigarettes and nicotine, the full carpets were sticky and dirty to walk on, the AC sounded like a diesel truck and couldn't be used when sleeping... really poor experience for the price. ”

“Great location to stay for Phish NYE @MSG! Quiet, good location near restaurants & short walk to 2 subway locations. Back of hotel parking looked sketchy, train right out back, but had a view of it from our room & can't really complain about free parking here! Nice view. Not much for amenities, but didn't come for that :) ”

“It's mid-March, so didn't need it. Arthur was polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine, there were bikes and scooters avaliable for rent to do more extensive roaming.”
