Hotell nära Jummah-moskén

“Newly renovated so nice rooms. Unfortunately the service was very bad and weird setup. Was not allowed to put drinks on my room and asked to go to reception to pay for my drinks. The bar staff were embarrassed about the whole situation and apologized (they were good). To top the bad experience i started getting calls to my room i had to settle my bill from earlier at lunch. I had not even checked in by then since i arrived by 5pm. This did not occur to them at first and it took some time and...

“Vi hade en fantastisk vecka där. Jättebra personal, så serviceminded och trevlig. Vi visste innan att stranden och vattnet inte skulle vara det bästa. Den var faktiskt ändå helt ok. Dock finns det stränder inte långt ifrån som man kan ta sig till med taxi eller båt. Kan rekommendera att åka på båtturen för att simma med havssköldpaddor. Då kan de också stanna till vid rev för snorkling som är bättre än de vid stranden. Kom ihåg att boka i middagar på hotellets restauranger redan första kvällen...

“Vi bodde här 5 nätter med halvpension. Vi hade det helt underbart. Det var ett litet mysigt "Strandhotell" / "Boutiquehotell" Maten var toppen 4 kvällar. En kväll var det något sämre. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och gjorde allt för att vi skulle trivas. Man kunde beställa mat i restaurangen och få den levererad till rummet. Liten lokal supermarket 200 meter från hotellet. “The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. I didn’t realize this until I got there, so walked down the road to KFC to get wifi and message. She replied within minutes, then came and picked us up in her car and drove...

Throughout our stay the housekeeping was exceptional Ronny was cleaning our room for our stay and he went above and beyond and made the stay even better!! If we come back to Mauritius we will definitely stay at this resort because of their service!!”

Maten vid poolen kunde varit bättre samt personalen kunde vara lite mer lösningsorienterade när det gäller specialmat som vegetariskt.
