âInitially there was trouble with the payment on hotels.com side so we ended up having to pay the property directly and get a refund from hotels.com. The owner was very nice but very regulated.â
âMy stay was really good. Everyone was polite and friendly.
My only compliant is the lighting in the bathroom needs to be different and not so dark. â
âI loved how clean it was. I mean spotless. I didn't like that the breakfast was limited. Waffle machine was broke too. But it is very convenient just of the freeway.â

âVery nice, polite, informative and helpful employees. The room was excellent. The pool was awesome, fitnessroom was good and on top all this an amazing breakfast. â
âWe were very happy with our stay. We were a little skeptical given the low price so we were super happy to see it was in great condition, quiet and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room also had a little kitchen which was a nice bonus. Great job, My Place! We will see you again next time we are in Lubbock. â

âThe gentleman the greeted us is amazing! There was a long line to check in, and although he kept the line moving, he was super friendly, gave everyone the information about the pool and breakfast. Super friendly the next day when I said hi. Also, my room had no hairdryer. O called the front desk and the girl was so nice. She explained that they were being stolen. She would send one up. Someone knocked on the door within a minute. â
âCame into town for a funeral & had a bad Airbnb experience, so booked this hotel 10min before I showed up. Staff was so friendly when I checked in & every time I saw them. Hotel was clean & had everything I needed, including free guest laundry, which was so helpful after driving for 5 days & having to leave my Airbnb because it was dirty. â
âGreat atmosphere. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better. AC was blowing hot air when we got there. I called the front desk and they had maitenance out in 5 minutes to fix it. After that the room temperature was fantastic. Overall fantaetic stay.â
