“Unfortunately, this review is going to echo like the others I have read about this hotel. The outside doesn’t look bad, the lobby is clean, the front desk personnel were very nice and helpful, the breakfast area looked ok, although we didn’t eat breakfast here. You walk down the hallway to your room and it’s dark, carpet looks dirty, walls have warped and peeling wallpaper. “The young man running the giro t desk was no where to be found when I went to check in and when I saw my room and was leaving because it smelt like cigarettes smoke and was not very clean, he was no where to be found once again. I took a shower and left because I couldn’t stand the smell and the bed did not look sanitary. I was duped by reviews and pictures”

“Ett helt ok hotell för en natt. Dock lyhört, väldigt mycket trafikljud samt att man hörde varje gång en dörr öppnades i korridoren. Ganska rent i rummet, men i poolområdet såg det ut som en explosion hade ägt rum. Har aldrig sett ett så ostädat poolområde förut. Frukosten var mycket bra ”

“The front landscaping and lack of guests made it look like the hotel was closed. The sink water barely came out and the plumbing was clearly very old and not well maintained. The staff was helpful and nice and the breakfast was good.”

“Worse experience of my life. Signs of bed bugs, no working TV, no wifi, no working phone, no hot water, the room was filthy, as soon as I checked in I wanted to leave. But was told I wouldn't be getting a refund. I even had the insurance. She was very rude. I got ahold of Expedia they even called motel still no refund. Site says free breakfast nope not even that... I took pictures of how disturbing it all was.”

“The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue.”

“The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep...

“Everything in the description was the complete opposite. No pool it was closed, no arcade, ac did not work. Staff did not want to assist with at least giving me my money worth of comfort. Overall experience was not good do not stay this place was not kid friendly at all”

“The property is very outdated. The room was okay but the electricity was going in and out so when we got there the room was musty. The ice machines on the first, second, and third floor didn’t work, so I had to go to the bar to get ice. Breakfast was okay. Def not the best Embassy suites I’ve ever been to, but for the price, it served its purpose. Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were very friendly.”
